Commercial Odour Sources We Treat
Fire & Smoke Odour
Smoke odour from commercial fires penetrates building materials, HVAC systems, and contents deeply — and returns after surface cleaning if not properly eliminated at the molecular level. We deploy the full arsenal of deodorization technologies to achieve permanent elimination.
Water Damage & Mould Odour
The musty odour of water damage and mould indicates a microbial presence that requires remediation, not just deodorization. We address the underlying mould and moisture issue and then perform thorough deodorization to restore air quality.
Sewage & Biohazard Odour
Sewage backup and biohazard events create severe, persistent odours that require both thorough cleaning and advanced deodorization. Our biohazard-certified team handles the full remediation alongside odour elimination.
Animal Odour
Animal waste, nesting, or carcass odour in commercial spaces — including restaurants, warehouses, or uninhabited buildings — requires professional treatment of affected materials and surfaces combined with advanced deodorization technology.
Chemical & Industrial Odour
Spilled chemicals, solvent residue, and other industrial odour sources require specialized assessment and treatment protocols tailored to the specific compounds involved. We assess and advise on the appropriate approach.
General Building Odour
Persistent building odour without a clear single source — often a combination of HVAC buildup, carpet off-gassing, and low-level moisture issues — can be addressed systematically through professional assessment and comprehensive treatment.
Our Deodorization Technologies
Thermal Fogging
A heated deodorizing solution is converted to a fog of tiny particles that penetrate the same surfaces smoke did — reaching into wall cavities, ceiling voids, and porous materials where liquid cleaners can't reach. Thermal fogging is particularly effective for smoke odour elimination in commercial spaces.
Hydroxyl Generation
Hydroxyl generators produce hydroxyl radicals that react with and destroy odour-causing compounds at the molecular level. Unlike ozone, hydroxyl treatment is safe in occupied spaces and can run continuously while people work — making it ideal for commercial applications where complete closure isn't practical.
Ozone Treatment
For unoccupied commercial spaces, high-concentration ozone treatment provides powerful oxidization of odour compounds throughout large areas. Ozone reaches every surface in the treated space and leaves no residue. Spaces must be vacated during treatment and ventilated before re-occupancy.
HEPA Air Filtration
HEPA-equipped air scrubbers continuously filter airborne particles — including mould spores, soot particles, and other odour-carrying contaminants — from the air in the treated space. Combined with deodorization treatment, HEPA filtration ensures ongoing air quality improvement.
