The Commercial Reconstruction Advantage
When your commercial property has been damaged by fire, water, or another disaster, the restoration process has two phases: mitigation (stopping damage and drying/cleaning the structure) and reconstruction (rebuilding). Many restoration companies do the first phase and hand you off to find a general contractor yourself — leaving you to manage the coordination between two separate companies with different schedules, documentation systems, and accountability structures.
As both a certified restoration company and a licensed commercial general contractor, ServiceMaster Sea to Sky handles both phases under one project management team. There is no handoff, no scheduling gap, no starting over with a new company that doesn't know your claim history. We take your property from first response through ribbon-cutting under continuous accountability.

Insurance Scope & Documentation
Commercial insurance claims for property reconstruction are complex. Our estimators use industry-standard estimating platforms recognized by commercial property insurance carriers and their adjusters — and our project documentation practices meet the requirements of commercial claims management. We:
- Prepare detailed, line-item scopes of work supported by full photographic documentation
- Work directly with commercial property adjusters and risk managers throughout the project
- Submit supplements as additional damage is uncovered during demolition and repairs
- Provide daily logs and progress reporting available to your adjuster on request
- Assist with business interruption documentation to support those components of your claim
